Planned Parenthood’s education “toolkit” for “Comprehensive Sexuality Education” (CSE) instructs schools to teach children under 10 that normal “interpersonal relationships” include prostitution or “commercial sex work.”
Page 19 of the document’s “key learnings” on “interpersonal relationships” suggests teachers instruct children under age 10 that “sexual activity may be part of different types of relationships, including dating, marriage or commercial sex work, among others.”

That drew the attention of the American Life League (ALL), which, in a press statement, has urged school administrators to end Planned Parenthood’s access to students in schools throughout America.
“Public schools are allowing the organization that killed almost 393,000 preborn children by abortion in 2023 unfettered access to thousands of elementary, middle and high school students in their classrooms,” said ALL National Director Katie Brown, adding, “and it is spending taxpayer dollars to do so.”
Taxpayer funds are used in various regions of the country to provide Planned Parenthood access to students, including:
- The Pacific Southwest, where Planned Parenthood’s “Sex Ed To-Go” curriculum instructs children in 8th grade “How Abortion Works”; “Barriers to Abortion Care”; and “Supporting Abortion Access.”
- New Jersey, where “Back to School with Planned Parenthood” announces to young people: “We’re always here for all your sexual and reproductive health needs. Whether you need a wellness exam, are interested in birth control, want some free condoms (seriously – NSA), or just have questions, we have locations all across New Jersey.”
- Florida, where Planned Parenthood presents a tutorial for minor girls titled “Abortion Care for People Under 18,” with detailed instructions for obtaining an abortion without parental knowledge or consent.
Dr. Sarah Onyango, director of International Planned Parenthood Federation’s (IPPF) technical programs division, says in the “toolkit” prologue that her group hopes the document “will help to contribute to transforming young people’s lives and to promote and fulfill their sexual and reproductive health and rights.”
Planned Parenthood casts the “human development” information offered in its curriculum as pertaining to “reproduction, puberty, sexual orientation, and gender identity.” The organization also claims “abstinence” is included in its discussions about “sexual behavior.”
But Brown says “any mention of chastity, expectant motherhood, fetal development or parenting” is “notably absent.”
“Planned Parenthood teaches children to be sexually promiscuous so they will then need its abortion and birth control services later on,” she asserts.
As ALL observed, Planned Parenthood touts its position as “the nation’s largest provider of sex education … that’s evidence-based and delivered by trained professionals (and) is extremely effective and widely supported.”
Additionally, Planned Parenthood asserts in its 2022-2023 annual report it has reached 1.2 million people “through education, programming, outreach, and training,” and that its “educational videos” have garnered 3 million views.
Nevertheless, Monica Cline, a former Planned Parenthood sex-ed instructor who became founder and director of It Takes A Family, said in a 2022 interview with Breitbart News that parents should be wary about the abortion vendor having greater access to their children in schools:
“Planned Parenthood is uniquely skilled at getting the attention of future clients and attempting to step into parental roles, especially for young women. Parents need to be aware of these tactics and not only closely watch and vet what their kids are watching and who they are listening to, but step up and have those conversations with their kids about self-image, confidence, and intimacy. Because really, if parents don’t do their jobs, Planned Parenthood is happy to take over – and that is terrifying.”
