Watch: Badly beaten pro-lifer criticizes soft-on-crime Baltimore after his attacker avoids jail time

Mark Crosby, a pro-life advocate beaten along a colleague in 2023 outside a Planned Parenthood clinic, said he wasn’t surprised a Baltimore judge imposed no prison time on the attacker, despite city prosecutors asking for 10 years behind bars.

“Baltimore City is criminal friendly. It’s not victim friendly at all, especially if you’re a senior,” he said. “I knew from day one, talking to [the judge], this was not going to be in our favor, because she’s so criminal friendly.”

Patrick Brice was found guilty of two counts of second-degree assault and reckless endangerment in February.

“Baltimore City just got awarded the number out of 19,000 cities in the United States,” Croxby continued. “It’s number three, the most dangerous. So nothing surprises me with these judges. The judges do not like pro lifers. They don’t like the saving babies. I don’t know why. You know, it’s just God’s beautiful babies. It’s sad, but the consequence is our order is now poisonous, murder.”
