Watch: Former Illinois governor blasts Pritzker’s grandstanding on Chicago crime

Former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich excoriated current Gov. J.B. Pritzker for resisting President Donald Trump’s efforts to reduce Chicago crime.

“I hope President Trump comes to Chicago and can do what he’s done in Washington – no murders in 12 days,” Blagojevich, who is a Democrat like Pritzker, told Fox News.

“In Chicago, 254 people have been murdered in 233 days … and 80% of the murder victims in Chicago are black.

“If this was happening in the neighborhood where Pritzker and these white limousine rich liberals live in, he would not only beg Trump to bring the National Guard, he’d scream and shout for the Army, the Navy, the Marines and the Air Force.”
